Proposal for the Los Angeles Downtown Catheral to design a catheral to replace the old one and to incorporate a complex of chapels to address the many different communities in greater Los Angeles.

These smaller chapels where to be places for daily worhip meant to accomodate the different languages and cultures of the various religious communities in the city and surrounding areas.

The design features a clusters of smaller buildings surrounding a major structure and gardens within an open setting of public spaces for large gatherings and processions.
